This class is for those who
are thinking of adding dance to their physical education program, or
would like some different ideas on what dances to teach. We will
explore social dances, such as the Waltz, Tango, Cha Cha, and Swing.
We will also learn line dances, varying from basic to complex, which
are appropriate for students of all ages. Partnering and music ideas
will be discussed as well as how to find the beat to get students
started. Feel free to bring your own ideas to share.
