Banks. This is an exciting, innovative cardiovascular workout done to
music and based on the principles and techniques of boxing, aerobics
and Tae Kwon Do. Participants will leaner a series of simple
movements and routines. These routines can be easily implemented
into your curriculum, and will energize and motivate your students,
as well as help focus negative energy into a positive and productive
environment. Instruction includes, but is not limited to;
stretching, warm-ups, body awareness, and basic Tae Kwon Do and
boxing principles.
